Its two meeting rooms can welcome up to 100 people, as well as facilities of a 24 hour business centre with photocopy and internet facilities, including the Wi-Fi connection in all public areas.

Whether you choose the meeting rooms for a big event, board meeting or a conference, we offer at your disposal the equipment for the simultaneous translation, along with the culinary specialties and personalized menu.

We also offer you a daily meeting debriefs, where at the conclusion of every day of your meeting, you will receive an itemized account of that day’s expenditures.

General Terms & Conditions
Confirmation
Confirmation of the final number of persons attending an event that includes food and beverage services must be given two (2) working days in advance.

Responsabilities

Client shall be liable, on behalf of his guests, for any damages or loss of equipment made available to them. Client shall only be liable for said damage or loss if the hotel informs him within a 30-day period.

Invoicing

All services provided by the hotel are invoiced. Clients authorized to leave the hotel without paying their bill shall pay their invoice within 10 days of receipt.

Equipment storage

Clients wishing to store equipment prior to the event may do so providing the hotel’s banquet and service with the relevant details (time of delivery, space required, value of goods) in advance. The hotel management accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment stored on its premises.
